We spent seven months living in rental while the work was done, we moved back in almost to the day that Lux projected we would and every friend, neighbor and tradesperson that comes in our house says the same thing, ‘Wow, it looks like new construction.’ Importantly, a large part of the success of this whole-house renovation is Sagi Paul’s, the owner, excellent taste and judgement. Numerous times he made suggestions on changes or tweaks to materials and finishes that give us either a better result or saved us money. My experience in business is that talented people surround themselves with talented people and that is what we experienced with Lux. From the office team to their field workers to their subcontractors, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, engaged and talented. It has just been a wonderful experience and my wife and I can’t recommend Lux highly enough. If the quality of the work is important, then Lux, we think, is the builder of choice.
