It is hard to know where to begin to explain how pleased we are with the work Lux just completed for us. On time, on budget and the workmanship is just outstanding. We spent seven months living in rental while the work was done, we moved back in almost to the day that Lux projected we would and every friend, neighbor and tradesperson that comes in our house says the same thing, ‘Wow, it looks like new construction.’ Importantly, a large part of the success of this whole-house renovation is Sagi Paul’s, the owner, excellent taste and judgement. Numerous times he made suggestions on changes or tweaks to materials and finishes that give us either a better result or saved us money. My experience in business is that talented people surround themselves with talented people and that is what we experienced with Lux. From the office team to their field workers to their subcontractors, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, engaged and talented. It has just been a wonderful experience and my wife and I can’t recommend Lux highly enough. If the quality of the work is important, then Lux, we think, is the builder of choice.

LUX did an excellent job on our full house renovation and addition. Sagi and his team were very collaborative during the planning and construction of the project. They were always friendly, responsive and professional and Sagi is an expert problem-solver. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and is definitely high quality. Sagi continued to check in with us after the project was finished to make sure everything was working well – it’s easy to see that he really cares about his projects and his clients.

Lux Builders just finished a total remodel of our kitchen and service porch and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. The kitchen is bright and welcoming. The tile work was done by an artist. He paid attention to every detail producing a beautiful focal point. The cabinets are beautiful and I absolutely love my self closing drawers. Omar and his sons listened to my every request and implemented them into the plan. Even giving me pull out shelves in my pantry and an electrical outlet in my broom closet. It is absolutely a pleasure to work in my kitchen now. Lux also installed all new hardwood floors throughout the house and they are absolutely beautiful! Sagi’s team was phenomenal to work with when these were done. They made this process so easy for us. We were anticipating having to completely clear out rooms as the floors were done but the team just moved things so we did not have to. The floor was laid efficiently and quickly which far exceeded our expectations. When they installed the new baseboards they also adjusted the bottom of the door moldings to accommodate the change in height. It was this attention to detail that makes this team so special. The best part of this experience was working with Sagi and his fabulous team. Sagi was delightful to work with. He walked us through each step personally. He was always available by text. When a problem arose he would find a solution. He didn’t let anything go until were happy with the results. All of the people on Sagi’s team were friendly, respectful and efficient. The people in the office, Mindy and Rachel were always helpful and responsive. All of the workers that came to the house were wonderful. They started each day with a smile. The first thing they did everyday was to protect the areas that were not affected by the construction and they ended each day organizing the construction space, removing the plastic barriers and sweeping the floors. They worked efficiently and paid attention to all the details resulting in very high quality work. They made a challenging situation as easy as it could possibly be. Thank you Lux for my dream kitchen!

We cannot share enough love about Sagi and his family of workers and employees at LUX. We say family because that’s how he treats his clients- like family. He answers all texts, emails, and calls promptly and comes to your home at a whim’s notice. We always felt we were his number one priority (and still feel that way now even though our project is done). Sagi brings fantastic energy to the project and always remains positive. He is an incredible and indispensable problem solver; which is one of the most important skills when building or renovating a house because no matter what, problems come up! He and his crew have an intense eye for detail. They treat any task with incredible precision, effort, and time. LUX Builders built our house from the ground up. We used materials from far and wide that were foreign to their crew. Sagi and his workers studied the material, read up on it and always had a plan of implementation. His workers were incredibly kind and hard working. We have 3 kids and we always felt safe having them in our home. They were organized and tidy in their work too. Sagi’s generous and warm spirit was always present even in times of haste and stress. We are so happy with our house and get so many complements about the work that was done. Even now when things break or aren’t how we like them, Sagi’s crew comes in a day’s notice to fix, finesse and finish. We have been asked many times by friends, neighbors and visitors- ‘Would you use your General Contractor again? Our answer is always the same- ‘Without a doubt; and you should too!’

Our project with Lux was a huge renovation. It was an addition of a bedroom and bathroom as well as a redo of an old bathroom. Needless to say, hiring a contractor you can trust is paramount. Sagi and his team were just that. Always responsive and great to work with. The craftsmanship is top notch. Mindy, Rachael, and Iris were wonderful too. Any question I had, they were always there to help. At the end, we love our new home. Thanks Lux!

We researched local contractors and decided to hire Lux Builders to complete our master bathroom remodel. The various teams from Lux did all of the work including electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile work, glass and mirrors, custom cabinetry, design and planning. Sagi assisted us in choosing fixtures that we love and tile for the shower, countertops and floor. He coordinated each of the construction elements so that the days were used efficiently and the project was completed within a reasonable time frame. We felt confidence in all of the work crews, Isaac, Mindy, and Rachael. Sagi had a calm demeanor that provided reassurance, inspiration and clarity. We felt that we received excellent service, care and workmanship every step of the way from Lux. We love our new bathroom and are ready to work with Lux again on our current project of a backyard makeover.

I’m so thankful we chose Lux Builders to handle our full house remodel. We added two additions and pretty much completely changed the layout of our house. From framing to electrical to plumbing to picking out the right tile and even small things like baseboards and door hardware, Sagi and the whole team was there every step of the way. Lux has put together an amazing team of guys that worked on our home. They’re all amazing! We’re so thrilled with the way our home turned out. We knew we were in good hands in our first meeting with Sagi where he cautioned us against a bigger project that would cost more money. We knew immediately he just wanted us to be happy with the end result and wasn’t worried about his bottom line. There was a lot of stress and some hiccups here and there, but we’re so happy with how our home turned out at the end of this process. We have a beautiful home that the entire family absolutely loves now. Thank you to Sagi, Mindy, Rachael and the whole team for being there to guide us every step of the way.

Lux builders did an excellent job of essentially rebuilding my house. They did everything from foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HV/AC, drywall, insulation, doors, windows, flooring, tiles, landscape, hardscape, roofing, fixtures and extras like a fountain and fire pits. Sagi has collected a group of skilled craftsmen who are hard-working and honest. Sagi listens to his clients. He responds promptly to messages, emails and phone calls. We had several new ideas, and some challenges, come up during the project and Sagi alway provided good options at a fair price. Sagi has a good eye for design. He goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are satisfied. He operates on a level of trust and integrity. I highly recommend Lux Builders to anyone doing remodeling or new construction.
