Project Description:

This house was built in the 1950s and had never been remodeled. We had to reconfigure the entire space while maintaining within budget. To open up space we removed load bearing walls in the living room and kitchen area. This allowed space for a new powder room and a separate laundry area. In the living room, new windows and exterior folding doors were installed to create an indoor-outdoor living space. Our clients have exceptional taste, which helped when selecting the finishes.
